- Refunds are available only for paid subscriptions and purchases made directly through our platform.
- One-time purchases may be eligible within 14 days if no significant usage has occurred.
- Promotional, discounted, or gift purchases may have different terms — check the offer details.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details and reason for the request.
We'll review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Non-Refundable Items
- Content that has been downloaded or consumed is generally non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind after extensive use of premium features.
- Fraudulent transactions will be investigated; successful fraud claims may be refunded per card issuer rules.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you file a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we may temporarily suspend your account while we investigate. We will provide evidence to the issuer; if the chargeback is reversed in our favor, you may be responsible for fees and reinstatement conditions.
